This is by far the weakest PH property we ever stayed in both for hard and soft product. While the public areas are fine, the suites are just disappointing. Service is subpar and unpolished with the exception of the restaurant manager at breakfast. St Regis appears to be a lot better if you want reasonable luxury. That Salt Bae or whatever person who now owns the hotel will make this even less attractive with his ridiculous restaurant more befitting Times Square
One of things that I like about the PH brand is they don't--as far as I know--bring in celebrity chefs or outposts of their restaurants. I like that each of their hotels has unique, in-house chef restaurants. Not that I dislike it, as there are a lot of great restaurants found in the luxury hotels, but it works for the PH.
