those who know the area a bit better.... yes, the pictures do indicate the properties are on the beach... however, if I look up the address on google maps, there seems to be a road and parking lot prior to the beach. While the parking lot potentially could be used for the building, I doubt the street will be used for the building.

any thoughts or comments?
