I've no actual knowledge on the finer details of the new arrangements as they have not been made public but I suspect that these sorts of calculations will be irrelevant.

10 days in a low-risk country (tick), negative PCR test 72 hours before departure (tick), documents/visa in order (tick) -> entry granted.
