International flights restarted one week ago on October 5th, some mixed messages regarding requirements on the first few days.

*resolución ministerial - transportation ministry
*lineamientos sectoriales
*another official resolution (latest one OCT 4th) - health ministry

Approved cities for commercial flights so far are: Guayaquil, La Paz, Quito, Bogota, Santa Cruz, Cali, Medellin, Panama, Asuncion, Montevideo, Santiago
The guidelines mentioned that the negative test was requiered for departing the country but then a couple of days later, LIM airport authorities stated that it would only be requiered for departure if the destination required it.
For entry into Peru the negative molecular test must be under 72 hours (it was apparently clarified that it is from test results until departure time from first flight) and for children under 12, good health certificate.

Also: health form declaration for entry / instructions
