When LH not doing much in the way of F frequencies, I'm having to book more and more on AF P. I figured it should be somewhat easy to cobble together the 70k HON Miles I need by the end of 2021 to renew my status, but if LH/LX have much fewer F flights it gets a lot harder.
Depending on how much hassle you are willing to go through, and depending on where in the US you are going, one option would be to fly to Mexico City on LH F, grab some tacos/mezcal, and then continue to your final US destination on another flight.
