I can't see a problem with the validity of such certificate, but I agree it would probably be quite a lot of hassle constantly explaining it.
I'm not entirely sure yet what the effectiveness of temperature checks are, especially as I went to see my GP the other day, at the entrance they checked my temperature on my hand and thought 33.6 make sense "ohh it's windy and cold today...." but I'm happy to comply and it hardly makes me feel like I'm a bio hazard.
Considering the current influx of cases in AMS for example I'd much rather be in Cape Town at the moment, then again for me it's not a vacation.
