I just can't see any other supermarket offering the same deal as Tesco which makes me think this was Tesco led. I imagine the best we'd get from Sainsbury's is a 1 Nectar point = 1 Avios rate and that would be generous by their standards. Waitrose would be nice but they don't have the coverage, there's a few in the north of England but not that widespread. I'm not sure if they have any in Scotland.
