Panama: ("The Government of Panama requires that all passengers present either proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR/Antigen test result from a test taken within 48 hours prior to departure or take a test upon arrival at their own expense. Passengers who arrive to Panama without a valid negative test must take a rapid COVID-19 PCR test at the terminal and will be subject to quarantine if they test positive.")
