Issue is, flight is at 8pm today (11/Oct) and the ticket hasn’t been reissued. The change was over 24 hours ago. Two agents ~3hr apart can’t get through to the ticketing team and have sent an urgent message across. The second told me the wait time is over 2 hours.

At what point should I panic? exLHR I’d be okay but exBHD...

Thanks all
Have you recieved any form of update or email to your change of booking indicating this? One bet would be to go to the airport slightly earlier and straight to the ticket counter, possibly they might have better access to them or be able to do it there and then. Of course showing them the amendment.

I am not too sure if you can still check the MMB for the ticket no to see if it is associated, keep checking until you see one come up.

The other option would be to keep trying by phone and hopefully the 2hr wait won't be 2 hours, I can only presume you have tried the goldline as well. Try the normal ticketing numbers for non tier members too and keep rotating every 20-25 minutes something will have to give. it's pretty much luck at the moment with so many alterations going on due to covid but hopefully you'll be able to get through or a few hangs up before you and you get moved forward.

Best of luck and hopefully you get it sorted!

** Considering checkin closes 60 minutes before scheduled departure usually it would be around that timeframe I'd be worrying **
