We have a Sheraton timeshare with Vistana, we enjoy it and use it, but not sure the large buy-in prices are worth it for what you get. Can often rent units for a week for cheaper than the cost of the timeshare. Maintenance fees are on the rise as well, and note that you have to plan far in advance (8-13 months) in order to try and get units at high-demand resorts in peak times. Might be worth it to buy a cheaper unit on the resale market if you like a particular resort or group of resorts.
