My feelings as well. In my last post I stated I don't even care if the extend the quarantine requirement. It is the constantly changing goal posts that as a business owner is killing me. I have people on the ground in Hawaii now that have planned on the pre - arrival test out program happening and even at this late hour it still seems a bit up in the air. This is not a little inconvenience! How can a tourist let alone a business owner deal with this ridiculous situation. Personally I don't rotate into the Big Island until mid November so HOPEFULLY they will have worked the pre test program out by then but quite honestly I have my doubts.
