IMHO, the Oculus has terrible wayfinding and does not have an intuitive layout or good points of reference. Belatedly, some signs were slapped on the walls, but it's just not a straightforward space to navigate.
And don't get me started on the white marble floors that stain, the hard-to-clean, white beams that collect dirt, the roof that leaks, the exorbitant cost for a (relatively) lightly used subway station, etc.
