Will NH tag bags through to another flight on separate tickets?

My situation is 1) NH -> 2) LH -> 3) LH (short haul). Sectors 1) and 2) are on a single ticket, but Sector 3) is on another ticket (I tried to ticket it on one ticket but couldn't).
I would really like them to tag them all the way through. There is an overnight connection (c. 13 hours) between Leg 2 and Leg 3.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
