Stayed one night last week.
Very serious security failures on many levels among other things.
Arrived at hotel - No personnel present and or operating the x-ray and metal detector. I found out later that both machines are inoperable.
No mention of Bonvoy loyalty (Titanium Member)
No branded hotel room key. Room 501(See photo).
TV service not working. (See photos) - called front desk twice, no answer.
Visited front desk - empty. Clerk (not the one who checked me in) is smoking outside.
Inquire about TV service was told service provider issuer no ETA on resolution.
An hour later another guest enters my room as she was assigned the same room.
DND sign on the door and illuminated the PRIVACY switch yet housekeeping knocks on my door in the AM.
Upon check out I wanted to get rid of my local currency and apply it to my hotel bill, was told bill was already settled.
Asked for copy of folio and printer not working, promised it would be emailed.
Asked to speak with management was told no one was available.
Asked to provide contact info so I can follow up with management. Provided with handwritten info on scrap paper. (See photo).
4 days now and still no copy of folio.
Contacted Marriott and they were not able to retrieve it via their system. Marriott agent calls hotel (4pm hotel time) switchboard answers but no one answering at front desk.
