If I make a long-haul redemption (to take advantage of the half-price sale) and cancel for an FTV containing say 75000 avios + £500, then use it to book a cheap RFS for 4000 avios + £17.50, do I get a new FTV with 71000 avios + £482.50, or does it get refunded?
