I have been trying to get info from SA Embassy in Wellington or Home Affairs in Joburg to no avail. Are temporary residents also allowed to return now, or only permanent residents? We have valid temporary residence permits (visas) as retired persons, good until 2023, and our home is in Limpopo. Flight scheduled on Qatar departing Friday evening AKL-DOH-JNB. Have been in NZ since February. Going to get COVID test Wednesday AM.
