I saw this in the NRT base closure thread... but it was only a 3rd hand story that has not been confirmed (its actually been directly disputed). Was there indeed a delay of the furloughs to the end of October? Was it for specific work groups? AFAIK, the AFA site has some discussion for some who are indeed on an involuntary furlough.
