On the service side you nearly pointed out all important things but what's
with the room equippment, for me they should provide:

- a oversized fantastic bed
- a seperate shower and a secluded lavatory
- peaceful, warm - feeling rooms
- flowers or another greeting
- complementary water
- enough space to feel well
