Row 16 extra legroom is not a huge amount, Row 27 gives loads if that's what you are after, but no Window at Row 27.
I'd almost suggest anything Row 14 forwards to get the nicer Pinnacle seats with more padding and a headrest for that length flight over legroom, but that's just me. This depends on how large the CE cabin is of course.
