I have a reservation for next week, got an email saying "no upgrades due to Covid - 19". I know they did that before , but I don't see the connection between upgrades and Covid-19 procedures.
Any other hotel announce it?
Also, they have an open restaurant and room service. But not offering breakfast? Seems like they just to avoid honoring Bonvoy benefits due to cost. I guess Iknow what I'm getting, and using two Chase certs, so I'm ok. But still find it extremely chintzy.
