I hate to say it, but me too.

I have 6 stays coming up in India and each one includes RT Airport Transfers. As such, I called the Plat line to have them setup pickup for me. The lady I spoke with told me it was not included, then said, that I can give her all the information and someone would call me back. I asked if I could email her everything so it was correct and she said since she was not a Plat Concierge, she couldnt get email.

She then asked me to give her all my reservations, which I read off the SPG site (doesnt she have this information!).

At the end of the day, I have ended up sending faxes to India (50% repsonse rate) trying to setup everything myself.

O the days of Salt Lake.

Please fix SPG, Please give me an email address of someone besides William.
