I stayed there several years ago. I was curious about trying a place in town instead of my usual Westin Mission Hills. The location was fantastic, walking distance to several things including Cheeky's restaurant, amazing breakfast. I was upgraded to a nice suite with a nice kitchen, the staff was very pleasant, but the room just seemed empty...almost unfinished. I know ... the word I'm looking for is sterile. The room was sterile and lifeless. Yes, this description is warm and fuzzy yet curiously accurate.
