Checked in last night. There seem to be more employees than guests!

They are considering this their "soft opening," with the official grand opening in December.

The reason my suite upgrade coupon indicated no availablity is that the suites are not yet complete. The hotel is currently putting guests on only three floors. There appears to be a half dozen suites per floor. I will confirm this later.

Staff is friendly, warm, and helpful. The food in the Regency Club is good.
