Just noticed this. On the BA website when doing a dummy booking (LHR-HKG), seats 31A/B/J/K are shown as extra legroom seats in Premium Economy. Priced at £100 each on that route, whereas the other seats are at £58 or below. They are free to select with Silver status though.
