Booked to fly CW yyz/lhr/yyz end of oct 2020
We finally cancelled via the call centre a couple of weeks ago avios returned. Still waiting for $$/taxes etc to be returned but said it could take weeks:
however the flight was still in MMB and was just cancelled by BA and we were given the option of the next flight (only flight that evening) im
assuming the cancellation fee we were charged is not worth asking for back as we cancelled before the flight was but we still have the new flight along with seats in CW on the new flight. Granted we seem to be the only ones with seats (and maybe even flying) as I can’t imagine who is flying between LHR and Toronto with the travel restrictions and mandatory quarantine required on both ends but ..... is anyone flying that route ? And should I be concerned the flight is still in MMB
