I asked reconsideration if 6 years in business is too new. They had business opened in 2019 not 2014

Perhaps Chase found a public record of the business dated in 2019? For example, if you started a business in 2014 but did not register its "fictitious name" until 2019 that could create the impression that the business was started at that time.
