Hi everyone,

Has anyone encountered an issue with the flight voucher portal? I've been trying to retrieve/pull up a voucher that I requested several weeks ago, but to no avail, the portal kept on presenting me with an error saying "An error has occurred due to technical issues. Please open the page again from your email and repeat the process."

I've tried opening the link from my email, and also tried logging out and back in, and using different browsers, but to no avail.
