Yes it definitely has this option available, I can click on Change Flights and it asks me for the dates I want to choose for the new flights, but then I get a screen with an error message. She said this was unusual, she said it should work. I was able to change one flight which had been retimed online without calling them, but a straightforward Avios change always takes me to that error screen. I did book on the Spanish website, maybe that makes a difference.
Interesting, I don't remember ever seeing that option. Maybe it's a new feature. Good to know.
