I can imagine there is a some type of OSHA rule that says that a moving platform, like a catering truck, must be be attached to a plane that is being serviced by that truck.
Attached as in the wing tip was stuck inside of the truck.
It looked like the plane was backing out from the terminal and lodged its wing in the truck.
But then again perhaps it is a new bulk loading system for cheap booze.
