At an upscale airport hotel, I would expect many guests to have the option either to have breakfast on the flight or in an airport lounge. If the coupons for F&B were useful later in the evening than when the hotel lounge would normally cease food offerings for the night, that would be a plus for me.
That would indeed be quite useful, but unfortunately I suspect the coupons are only temporary while there is no lounge.
