I was on the BA 493, the inbound after the diverted BA 492 on Sep 17th. The outbound flight did divert to AGP but luckily came back to GIB later. As far as I know there were no quarantine issues for ex LHR passengers as they didn't disembark. Personally, I was bricking it in the Calpe Lounge seeing all the flights holding and not landing. Note though that this diversion was due to low visibility, not wind. There was not a breath.
