Well I booked a long-haul flight using this promotion, just 23,500 Avios and 193 Euros for Business. Then I needed to change the flight, and I thought Iberia would charge me the additional Avios. Called up, the first agent said it would be 25 Euros to change the flight, no mention of any more Avios. We got cut off and when I checked on Iberia.com she had changed the flight and not charged me. Called back and asked another agent to check the booking was all correct, he confirmed it was and sent me a travel document. Perfect result.
