Been struggling for several months with Yatra and Cleartrip (both via smartbuy) for various international and domestic refunds. Have close to 5L stuck across different tickets.
That's tough. Of course Smartbuy has given up on us before we had a chance to give up on them!
But even before Covid - flight cancellations with them was fun - without the delay in refunds. Buy a plane ticket - cancel it - get a bag of peanuts after deductions from the airlines, OTA, Smartbuy and the Armenian housing developement authority amongst others.
Why aren't you disputing the charges - that will get them to hurry up the refund.
