I booked two OW tickets last week. Non-refundable. I now need to drive instead of fly.

If I cancel I can get an ETC to use for future flights - correct?

Am I limited to ensuring the ETC covers the cost of the new ticket or I can get a residual ETC? I thought I knew the rules for pre-August 31 purchases but uncertain for post September 1.
