Why not use the Anaheim National location? What I've been doing for years is when I land at the airport, I use a free day to choose what I want, which in the pre-virus days was a Fusion Hybrid, then the next day I would stop at Anaheim to return/re-rent without the airport costs. My corporate rate is the same regardless of location, so I just needed to dump the airport costs and it was fine - but if you go to Anaheim, beware of the heavy-set agent, besides being somewhat annoying in general, he also has an annoying habit of trying to swap out your nicer car for something smaller and crappier and you sometimes need to get the station manager involved.
