Some of Mexico City lounges have reopened, but only have prepackaged food and drinks including alcohol. The bar is open also. This is at the Premier Salon lounge in Terminal 2.

On edit: Just want to add that when going through security to depart Mexico, the security checks are more stringent than ever. They really take their time personally going through all your Carry-on luggage and pulling everything out. Only one person allowed to be checked through at a time.
