But I can't find anywhere that says what fees may apply. I wasn't sure if this was part of the "book before Dec and there are no fees" thing or if it's different b/c it's a web special. Does anyone know with a reasonable amount of certainty? And, if there could be fees, does the insurance even cover flights paid for by miles? I haven't read the fine print yet as I'm in a weird head space right now and can't focus. Thanks for any help/advice.
What the insurance covers is in the insurance contract. Additionally, it also depends on what the insurance coverage says to determine if the reason for cancelation is an acceptable one.
