So obviously it won't deliver 100W if you are using all the ports simultaneously?

Like a MacBook Pro and maybe an iPad Pro on both USB-C ports?
one would think so, but oddly there was a YouTube video tester back in January who showed that they continued to draw 100W for the MBP and were able to charge the iPad I think at 15W.. go figure.
