Well that's quite an objective but not all are open at this point in time so i think it's pretty much impossible to cover all Marriott options right now, for example House Bomonti (Design) is not open now I believe. Also you could easily skip the three hotels near the old IST airport (Ren, CY, Sheraton) and would not lose much. Those hotels lost a big chunk of their reason for being.

Sheraton City Center definitely belongs on your itinerary however - it's worth the stop.
