ITA Matrix can still search by fare class, and using Matrix Powertools should load everything into the Delta website. I haven't tested this using a specified fare class, other than ~(not)E.

edit: I did a dummy search for K class (f bc=k) in the advanced faring box, but the DL website seems to deny the link from Powertools. At least I was able to see prices and options on the Matrix website.
