FFC is good for anything bookable on united.com -- does not have to be a codeshare although that is likely.
Thanks so much - called in and they processed the request... Was able to book an purely multi-city booking on Air Canada YYC-YYZ-YYC-YYZ (3 segments - round trip and a one way attached).
