You can try contacting AF over the phone if you have a compelling reason to travel (work, medical, emergency, studies...). Or try to book an itinerary beginning in AMS or CDG for instance.
actually I am traveling from Spain. Maybe I insered an address in Italy. I also payed with a non Italian credit card. The call center told me that the problem is from the bank but I don’t think so. Otherwise it’s written that I just can buy the reservation I made directly at airport
