Problem with Payment

Hi, I'm trying to book a flight. I receveid the confirmation and the ticket number by email, but after 5 minutes, I get a wired email from [email protected] where its written that "The information you have provided for your booking reference XXXXX does not allow us to maintain the issue of this booking" and that "The travel documents have been cancelled." I called the call center and they told me this is a problem with the credit card. So I changed 3 CC different (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) with the same problem.
Anyone can help me?
Trip from UE to South America.
