Hi, I'm trying to book a flight. I receveid the confirmation and the ticket number by email, but after 5 minutes, I get a wired email from
[email protected] where its written that "
The information you have provided for your booking reference XXXXX does not allow us to maintain the issue of this booking" and that "
The travel documents have been cancelled." I called the call center and they told me this is a problem with the credit card. So I changed 3 CC different (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) with the same problem.
Anyone can help me?
