AA offers an airside connection service for eligible passengers (a car drives you to the other terminal -- a wonderful service). Not sure what constitutes an eligible passenger (full F fare includes this service for the connection at LHR, either in or outbound). That is by far the fastest way to transfer and really needed T3 to T4 if your connection is less than an hour.
