What would the practical application of the HDMI port actually be? I get that you could use the screen as a monitor but for what? If you hook it up to your laptop then your laptop is still out and open so it’s be simpler to just look at your laptop screen. You could mirror a tablet/phone screen, but honestly, who carries that adapter and a HDMI cable?
