I booked two award tickets via AA (in J) on Qatar (on separate reservations) via the Singapore office. For both tickets originally, when I tried to manage the booking online, I would get error message when I tried to enter the contact info saying that the same "frequent flyer number has been entered more than once".
For one of the reservations (my fiancee's ticket)), I was able to enter the contact info via the app. However, I am not allowed to change seats or view the seat map online still.
For my ticket, I got the same error message when I tried to update the contact info in the app. I also cannot change seats or view the seat map online.
Anyone know what to do? Given aircraft swaps, I want to be able to change the seats/view the seat map myself, without having to call the agent.

I am having a similar issue with you as well. I rebooked my flight 2 days ago from 31 October 2020 to 18 October 2020 and changed my destination from Cardiff to London, via QR HK Customer Service. By the time I selected my seat, the system still shows Booking Confirmed and Flights Confirmed. However, when I check again yesterday for any updates on my December trip, as I am on Cardiff to Doha sector which may have cancelled. The system said Booking Confirmed, but Flights NOT Confirmed. I am not able to change the flight date/time or change my seat. Plus, no message are shown on top of the page said something has changed. I have messaged them via Messenger and going to ring them on Monday.
