Never experienced any issues.
Honestly, the only place I have had issues with the mobile BP is in the AC when they replaced the drink coupons with scanning your BP. A bunch of their scanners didn't handle the mobile BP.
Oh, also in India where someone wanted to stamp my phone for security validation
