Hi all

I'm flying AC34 SYD-YVR in C in a few days time as the start of a RTW, and am looking forward to my first business class experience on AC. I have a few questions for you experts:

1) Am I right in thinking that the 'official' AC lounge at SYD is the AirNZ lounge? I know I can use any of the Star lounges, but the NZ one is far and away my favourite and it would be nice to know that there will be boarding calls in the lounge, as I may be in a bit of a state from the night before (Faithless and Way Out West concert ).

2) What's the food service on this flight? Is it lunch after departure, dinner before arrival in HNL and then breakfast before arrival in YVR? Given that we leave at 10.00am and arrive at 10.00am 17 hours later, I guess that could justify almost any bizarre combination of meals. Does this route get the more elaborate new style catering that was introduced on the Atlantic routes a while ago?

3) What will the lines at Customs & Immigration in YVR be like at 10.00am on a Saturday? I'd like to have some idea of what sort of time to advise my friend who is picking me up to get there - I know the last time I went through YVR the line-ups were pretty crazy.

4) Is the YVR Arrivals lounge worth a peek? If so, where is it - before or after security? I couldn't find any info about it on the AC or YVR airport websites...
