I'm sure there was IFC on some flights to NRT in 1994-95. The phasing out of PMNW's IFC was done gradually. It disappeared TATL much earlier than TPAC, even on the TATL routes that used the 747......and there was IFC to Japan after the Japanese hostesses were replaced by Japanese FAs who obviously spoke Japanese but wore regular PMNW uniforms throughout the flight and worked as regular FAs when they weren't translating announcements, etc.
