Two thing I noticed and considered them as a downgrade:
- The amenity kit I really like their Aesop, so this new kit and toiletries don't seem as nice.
- The champagne. Although I'm not a connoseeur, I'd like to see Krug being offered in addition to this one.
But all things considered, it's still not bad at all, considering I paid $1200 oneway on AA in J and upgraded to F using SWU, and then
due to a 16-hour delay, I got rebooked on Cathay Pacific First Class, full fare, which I credited to Alaska.
